The monarch was never the most vocal of the group, she didn't really have the capacity not because of a limited vocabulary but because of a desire to not get emotionally evolved. Words connected the animals around here, they communicated things so many times, sometimes without even knowing, forged attachments. Jiyu didn't need what they had, she wasn't suited to it, but she could keep that safe. Of course, that wasn't her job anymore thanks to a certain leader. What was she supposed to do when the only thing had ever done was no longer her sworn task? It had led to more silence than normal.

Without word the large calico padded up behind the two males, looking between them and than at the animal at the border. Not a single trace of emotion flickered across her, cold mismatched gaze simply blinking softly as she stood there, just stood.
