His activity around here was not in plentiful amount, so the fact that he was moving forward rank-wise didn’t make sense. To him. Perhaps Monroe saw something in him that Wendell didn’t see himself, which was odd, considering the fact he’d never put others’ safety before his - yet. Oh well. He wasn’t one to argue.
