Well, that turned out to be a real shitty attempt at communicating with the Typhoon about their crazed raptor. At first, Bucky thought they'd just have to deal with Owen- who proved to be quite as insane as his 'children'. But hell no, it only got worse once the raptors arrived- there were two! The raptors didn't seem interested in the argument, and decided to take things into their own hands- or well, claws. One went for Monroe, while the other went after Bucky's prosthetic limb. They would have died back there if it weren't for Monroe- he used up all of his energy to create a barrier of ice. It lasted long enough for the former assassin to get the Helion on his back, tell Pierce to run and book it out of there.
The male came padding into the seatown entrance, his steps slightly heavier than usual. Monroe was still on his back, Bucky made the entire journey home with him there. Though, the maine coon isn't perfect- carrying the extra weight and trying to get back as quickly as possible surely tired him out. Which was why his paw steps were heavier and more noticeable. "We made it," The former assassin breathed, as he came to a stop ready to gently settle Monroe on the boardwalk. "Medicine guild members, get over here!" He called out, hoping that someone was nearby with medical skills. Bucky knew Monroe is the head of the Medicine guild, but he isn't sure if the Helion should treat his own wounds.
