the new territory was... something alright. definitely much more mapped out and bigger than the last. set borders for them to patrol easily and a settled camp that made enough room for everyone. benny had found himself a small crevice in the side of the mountain that the castle was built upon. enough room for him to sleep comfortably at night and keep him cool and sheltered from the sun, and then the dangerous temperatures it reached at night.


the bright side, though, was everything felt more shaped and organized. even with more territory to explore, benny felt he could do more with what they had now.

when esklav had called for a meeting, the fox surely wasn't expecting the promotion. he raised a brow, and slowly a grin grew across his maw and he nodded his head. "gotcha, chief."he was excited for cosette, too. she was a hard working individual herself, even if her efforts weren't fitting to their theme. he did notice she was trying her best to do so.
