"won't stay long? ah, what a shame. i was just gettin' all lonely when i saw ya." benny faked a  pout, ducking his head down low. "you got other plans, love? i was just gettin' all excited to talk to ya. why not just take a few minutes to relax while ya can? i'm sure whoever, or whatever you got goin' on won't mind." the fox's words were laced with a soft welcoming tone. honeyed words to try to get cosette to stay.

he wasn't sure himself why he wanted her to. maybe it was the fact he actually was lonely. no one here seemed interesting enough to talk to. when he did, they didn't entertain him or the conversation went dry. or they were yes man.

cosette was interesting though. even if she may not think it herself. benny wanted to stay with her and talk. see what she was about, who she was. he took interest in her; had a good feeling about her. he hadn't felt something like that since he took over the boot riders. since he made swank his right-hand.

"th' name's benny, doll. no worries. you'll be hearin' it a lot soon enough." the fox smirked, putting a paw to his chest and giving a dramatic bow.

"how 'bout you, dollface? you seem like the kinda gal with a lovely name. charlotte? felicity? tell me i'm close."
