Roman liked fire, liked the way it felt and the way it engulfed things, and wished that he could control it once more like he used to. There were times that he was glad to not feel the lick of the flame against his paws, though other times it was something nice, something different that he wanted to be able to feel properly once more. He wanted to be able to control the fire once more, enough so that he heated the area around him so much when it rained that the water would evaporate - so that he wouldn't get wet - that was but a wish at this point though, something he would have to hope for, pray to the gods for, pray to his father for, for he was sure his father was part of the reason he didn't have his powers any longer, but one day he would gain them all back.
Hopefully.
Padding over to the border, Roman had seen the fire, and a yearning ache formed in his chest, rounded ears pinning to his head for a moment as he thought of words to say, nothing coming to mind for a moment or two, before words came rushing back, and a smile formed on his maw once more. Looking down at the younger feline, the canine would offer his own words to hers. "Of course you're allowed to stay, so long as you don't cause any trouble for your clanmates." He would speak, though it seemed now that even those who had caused trouble got to stay, something he would have changed if he could, but it wasn't any of his business he supposed. "My name is Romanempire, though I just go by Roman or Ro, it's good to meet you. Do you want a guide to camp or anything?" Most didn't like to have the border talks, so he figured he'd just get straight to the point.
Hopefully.
