The unfamiliar words prompted Feyre to turn towards the stranger, her newest spell dancing upon a waiting tongue as she assessed the situation and determined whether or not he'd provide a source of danger to her. He seemed far from friendly, a shell of someone he once was, and it startled the young ragdoll that she recognized such. A faint frown would appear upon alabaster lips as she regarded him, ignoring what felt like the tug of an invisible string that practically screamed familiarity. Who was this? Why did she know him? And why were her suspicions washed away as she continued to study him? She longed to reach out to her ancestors, practically demanding answers for the interesting and rather enigmatic situation they had placed her in, but the silent arrival of another momentarily distracted her.
[color=#3f5351]"Maybe you should talk to a lost girl a little nicer," Feyre finally remarked, azure eyes narrowing. She could set Onision on fire as easily as she drew a breath in, all it took was that set of words, words that could now drip so easily from a waiting tongue. But for the sake of Harland, a far gentler force it appeared, she cooled her frayed nerves, attempting to return the shaky smile that danced upon their face. [color=#3f5351]"I'm Feyre Josephine," The little witch stated matter-o-factly, figuring that it would do no good to proceed without at least introducing herself. She could not recall much of her childhood or her parents, but she did remember her father often harping on the importance of manners.
[color=#3f5351]"The Ascendants? Sounds interesting... Can I live here?"
Her inquiry came too fast and far too impulsively, eyes stretching wide as she mentally cursed herself for being both so forward and so trusting. She did not know these people, did not know much of anything admittedly- why did she want so badly so become one of them? [color=#3f5351]"What I mean to say is," Feyre corrected, gaze locked solely upon Moonmade, [color=#3f5351]"I can talk to my ancestors the best here. You guys have a spiritual connection unlike one I've ever seen before or something like that. So I am going to live here, even if it isn't okay." She shrugged, a white paw fidgeting absently with a scorched patch of grass. Oh yes... was she expected to apologize for that?
Isidore's presence and subsequent inquiry provided her good reason to at least explain what had happened and sheepishly, she found herself grinning. [color=#3f5351]"Phasmatos Incendia!" She called out, delight lacing her tone as the grass in front of her once more ignited. She watched the flames crackle and pop for a few brief moments, the brilliant oranges dancing within gleaming eyes. She could watch the fire all day if she really wanted to, but now that she understood that other people lived here, she knew that she should probably be a little more careful. [color=#3f5351]"Suctus Incendia... Yeah, there was a fire. I'm kind of a witch- isn't that cool?"
