"rosebloods, gather for a meeting," the snow leopard bellowed as he pushed through the doors and into the throne room. his tail twitched as members filtered in behind him, watching with curious eyes as the previously uncertain leader settled himself on the throne. he waited a few moments before beginning.

"first, i'd like to welcome the newest additions to our ranks; [member=2054]lydia :･ﾟ✧[/member] , [member=2030]sephiroth[/member] , [member=2052]Deval[/member] , [member=2027]ALEKTTO.[/member] , [member=2032]BLUERIDGE[/member] , [member=1942]Aurora C.[/member] , @Dante , [member=1987]HORIZON CIPHER.[/member] , [member=2033]K. GHANA[/member] , and [member=527]Baby.[/member] . welcome, everyone, i hope you're settling in well." he nodded as he listed off the names, briefly searching the crowd for the faces, before continuing. "felix has stepped down from adviser; i'll be on the lookout for potential candidates for the position, but it won't be immediate. no promotions as of this week, but i'd like to shout out [member=2030]sephiroth[/member] and [member=2032]BLUERIDGE[/member] for their activity and contributions. keep it up." prestige offered a smile. "blueridge is holding a hunt as well, i'd suggest joining if you've nothing else to do."

the snow leopard shifted in his seat. "i was visited early this morning by the god of the sun, ra. he offered me a deal and i have accepted; instead of worshiping the daemons that haunt our territory, if you so choose, he will be our main deity. ra has promised us protection from the daemons so we no longer need to live in fear of them." perhaps, he thought for a moment, he'd be seen as crazy. a heretic, for going against the spirit beasts that had terrorized them for as long as they'd been around. but he trusted the god, and believed the ethereal falcon would do well on fulfilling his end of the deal. as long as prestige kept his. "our ranks will be changing to accommodate this. the rank of leader will become pharaoh, advisers will become viziers, and we will be implementing an assistant deputy rank called nomarchs, who will have subsets for healing, warfare, and religion. guards remain guards, however stylists are now overseers, and healers are now physicians. another rank being added is the oracle, who will be in charge of religious ceremonies, blessings, things of the such. i'll also be adding a few more titles to our system." it was definitely a lot to take in, large changes to become used to, but he believed the group would be on board. at least, prestige hoped they would be.

"alongside this, if they so choose, each family may choose a god to worship. it's encouraged to do so and use this as a way to further your family's depth and uniqueness. rituals, family-centric events, etc., are encouraged as well. do as you wish." the male curled his tail lightly over his paws as he addressed the group.

the male fell quiet then, stone blue eyes drawing slowly over the gathered group for a few long moments. finally he nodded to them. "unless there are any questions or things of that sort, meeting dismissed."

the rosebloods' religious beliefs have been changed! it's not mandatory, of course, but prestige will be following the egyptian god of the sun, ra, from now on. feel free to have your character go along with it or deny it :3
families are encouraged to take up other egyptian gods as their own and worship them, with rituals, family events, etc.! again, not mandatory, but an idea ♥
ranks have changed as well!

leader is now pharaoh
adviser is now vizier
assistant deputies have been added, called nomarchs - (nomarch of healing, nomarch of warfare, nomarch of religion)
guards remain guards
stylists are now overseers
healers are now physicians
religious officials have been added, called oracles - handling religious events, blessings, etc.
titles are being added as well! (still being solidified, but the guide will be updated once decided upon!)
