    Agent Washington
former human - freelancer - manipulative
(oof sorry this got really long! Feel free just to read the yellow text)

He was in a small form of shock. But this wasn't the first stressful situation that he had been in. There were several ways that they could figure out a way inside of the massive facility if they needed to. The Freelancer believed that they would be able to get inside of the facility, but even then, there was a small bit of doubt in the back of his mind if it was actually possible for them to do so. They were just animals. They didn't have explosives. They didn't have the right tools to cut away a metal door unless they wanted to get a blow torch to try and melt their way through it. Washington knew that there was a human complex a little bit of a distance away from where they were. And considering how many animals were locked inside of the facility, it meant that if the Typhoon did attack this time they would be sitting ducks and would easily be overwhelmed. The lion-sized animal was fairly certain that they would be able to hold them off with him around for at least a majority of the the time, but the last thing he needed was for it to come to a life or death situation. There was enough death with how the War was going to end up going, and there was nothing that could change the way the fate was going. Washington had never gathered schematics for the Observatory when he first joined, so he didn't know the layout of a map if he were given one.

He knew where the generator of the place was, and that could be one of the many reasons why the place suddenly went dark instead of going into lockdown without the lights on. It was standard procedure in a place that harbored information, and since this was a human facility that was abandoned there was a chance for the place to be fairly secretive in what they were conducting. Or if the humans that left it knew that there was a chance that thieves would find it, would set a trap for them to trip and cause the lockdown so that they wouldn't be able to get out and would be killed inside. The latter doesn't sound all that plausible, as he wasn't around when everything happened. Having run slightly late on the factor that he was working on his suit and trying to get all the features upgraded so that he could be more useful and help everyone out when it came to upgrading their gear in general. One of his concern was Carolina. She had been exhibiting some strange behaviors after killing the captive that was there. Washington wasn't sure if it was her personality changing or something else, but either way, it was something to look out for. She seemed to be stuck inside with everyone else, and he feared more for the civilians than Carolina herself. She could take care of herself, as being in a locked building was easy to work.

At least when they were human and had all the gear that they needed. The smilodon didn't want Carolina to suddenly snap at someone as she would try and take charge of the situation and may threaten someone's life. That's the last thing that they needed right now and wanted to keep the body count as small as possible, especially with children involved. Sure, he was a cold-hearted asshole most of the time when it came to the wellbeing of those that lived inside of the outpost, but he wasn't a psychopath to just let children die. That wasn't on his to-do list no matter what anyone else may end up thinking about him. He was already exhausted from not sleeping and the added stress certainly wasn't helping. He was fairly certain that his migraine now had a migraine. It was extremely painful, but it wasn't as painful as getting shot so it was a pain that he could deal with as time went on. Washington had been running a perimeter around the building to see exactly what they could use to their advantage and see if there could be windows that they could smash through it to get inside and get others out. Having an episode right now would just make every situation worse for him. Looking at all the windows, however, Washington realized that they all had metal shutters in them so breaking the glass wouldn't make it any easier.

As he rounded the building, calmly taking notes inside of his head, he heard voices. The armored smilodon recognized both Anakin's voice and Suiteheart's and made his way over. He was panting slightly because he basically ran around the facility to give a general idea of what he would be working with. It was a standard protocol situation for Washington, getting in a secured facility, but instead of needing stealth now they just needed power. The walls of the observatory were metal, and depending on the metal they could have a melting point. His armor announced his arrival thanks to its heavy rattling and the small lights that were dotted around his armor that only seemed to turn on when his body was touching the armor. He flicked one of his ears at Suiteheart's words and then Anakins. His attention turned to Anakin first when he asked the question. Deciding that he might as well answer even if it was out of line.[b] "The Observatory has gone into standard lockdown, what has caused it can be drawn to various different conclusions." The soldier stated calmly, before craning his neck to the side until his neck emitted a crack and he rolled his shoulders. He was starting to get twitchy. Then he turned toward Suiteheart and then began his long explanation.

"From the sounds that are coming from inside of the facility, it sounds like the majority of the civilians are trapped inside. I ran a standard perimeter around the building and saw that all of the windows have metal shutters that we won't be able to open just like the front door. Lockdowns are usually caused by several factors, at least with my experience. Depending on the facility, a lockdown can be caused due to the lack of power, meaning that the generator that this outpost uses could have gone without fuel and power to supply the facility and to keep anyone from getting in, it initiated its lockdown. The other instance is that someone could have initiated a sequence that could have put the building into lockdown and can only be turned off from the inside. However, considering that all of the power has gone off that probably isn't likely. There is also the issue of regarding that someone could have sabotaged the generator from the inside and they knew that by messing with the generator it could cause a lockdown" Washington would explain calmly as if he was giving a briefing, which he always sounded like he did. He wasn't going to sugarcoat anything, as that was just going to make the situation go by a whole lot slower.

"The main concerns for those that are trapped inside is food, water, and oxygen. If the facility sealed off its vents from the outside just like it did the windows, they could run out of oxygen and suffocate. Food and water are self-explanatory as there aren't any records or inventory of how much food is brought in and how much is consumed on a daily basis so we don't have an accurate count. They can choose to ration out the food as long as possible, and Carolina can help distribute out the food to those that will need it." The talk about someone dying didn't really seem to concern him all that much. It sounded as if he knew that there were plenty of ways to get the likes of them out at the expense of some materials. There were also joint bases that they could ask like Snowbound and Sunhaven for assistance and if they had any supplies they could use. Washington would pause himself before stepping forward and unsheathing his claws as he would begin to draw in the dirt. "Now there are a couple of objectives that we can conquer in the meantime. We need to check and make sure that there is ventilation that is going in and out of the facility. If the vents are open, it can be a way we can get smaller civilians outside while trying to figure out a bigger way to get larger civilians out.

If they are not open, that means that we will have to quicken our efforts and work double time. The shutters that have fallen out made out of metal, which means that we can melt it from the outside. There is a human town around 10 klicks from here, I can go and try to acquire something similar to that of a gas blowtorch and we can burn a hole right through the door. There's always the option of digging underneath the door, but if we have no way of getting through the concrete floor, then there is no point. Anyone that has any other ideas speak out."
Washington said as he looked up from the drawings that he was making. He could steal from the humans in the town that was almost 10 miles away from where they were. Dangerous yes, but it would be a surefire way of getting the door open large enough. There were some things that those on the inside could do, but if they were going to run out of oxygen, then they didn't have any time to lose. He could go over what those on the inside could do later, but he was fairly certain that Bastille, and those that had ranks in the group would be able to take care of it.

    IMPORTANT FACTS:
★ Agent Washington always wears his armor and never takes it off. Which means no one knows what his face actually looks like.
★ He hates being called any sort of nickname, preferring for his full name to be used when addressing him. He will constantly state so, as its just how he's used to being talked to.
★ Agent Washington suffers from insomnia and auditory/visual hallucinations.
★ The armor that he wears is extremely tough, there are some spaces in between the armor, but if someone were to hit his armor it would not break.
★ Due to his experience when he was a human, he prefers working alone and not counting on others to help him in a bad situation.
★ Washington will not trust your character. No matter how nice they are. He will not tell them anything until getting to know them.
★ His current goal is to turn himself back into a human, as he doesn't want to be a cat forever. Because of this goal, he is less likely to offer assistance to the groups.

    RECENT EVENTS (oldest-recent):

    PHYSICAL:
    ★ ARMORED SLATE GREY SMILODON FATALIS [birth/main] | health: 100% | Reference.
580lbs. Agent Washington is a species of Smilodon, roughly the size of a lion. Washington is different compared to most Smilodons due to the strange coloration of his fur. That being a dark slate grey compared to the regular tawny of a simple smilodon. There are faint spots that are visible around his back legs, but only when the light hits it in a specific way. Not only that, but Agent Washington wears titanium alloy armor, making it extremely durable for taking hits and can be used as a means of bashing an enemy. The armor color itself is slightly lighter than that of his actual fur color. He wears a chest plate, that covers his chest and half of his back. Then there are shoulder plates that cover his shoulders and his arms protecting the front half of his body. There is a gap between the shoulder plate and the rest of the arm plate of his armor. His shoulder plate is a yellow, making it stand out from the slate grey armor he wears. Washington also wears a Spartan Helmet resembling that seen in the Halo series. The visor is a reflective gold and having a yellow line going down the middle of the helmet. While he wears armor, one doesn't notice the extreme amount of scars that cover his body, that has transferred from the time that he was a human. Scars ranging from those made by knives, bullets, and blunt trauma. Since his armor doesn't cover the lower half of his body (flank, and back legs), several scars can be seen uncovered in that area. Even though no one has seen his face, if someone were to see his face, his eyes are a deep gold color with blue wrapping around his pupil. The blue is a result of the trauma from a failed AI implantation when he was human. There is a scar on the back of his neck that branches out almost like a lightning bolt, and its barely visible as his helmet hides the majority of said scars. Being a Smilodon means that he has long incisors, but it seems for some reason someone had filed down his incisors, making them useless unless he can put enough force into the blow. However, since he wears his helmet, its impossible for him to use his fang to attack. Leaving his powers and paws as the only offensive means.

    PERSONALITY:
Once being immature, goofy, and charismatic, Washington was changed completely after the implantation of a computer inside of his head that nearly caused him his death. He is a soldier and hasn't been anything but a soldier in his life, making sure to follow the rules as much as possible. He believes loyalty is everything, and unless given a reason to he will not betray anyone. He is extremely serious and will work himself to exhaustion before trying to relax. Thinking that he must be prepared for everything that will be thrown at it. He prefers to be alone, but that just puts more stress on his head due to the factor that his mental stability is almost nonexistent. Washington is an expert when it comes to regular military strategies, and he almost knows nothing of the clans and how they work. In his mind, he is only on an alien planet and they potentially did something to him. He knows that he needs to get back to the project once the ship had crashed, but now he is actually in a different world. His only plan is to figure out a way to find his goal, and if that means he has to kill anyone in his way to get the information he will do just such. Washington suffers from different lapses of hallucinations and this can be easy for him to snap toward others in a violent manner. Being a soldier, if all else fails he will use violence at his full extent.
