MONROE
MALE — SUNHAVEN — SUNBEARER — HARD
Mermaids Below, he had never seen anything like it before in all the almost three years of his life that he had spent on land and in the water. His pearl colored eyes widened as he took in the massive form of the creature before him. Body spiking with restless energy to touch. But he knew he couldn't just run up on them and start feeling. That would come off as wrong and he didn't want to be the one to start bad relations. Jericho would have his flippin head if he started off on the wrong foot with some possible trading buddies. So instead the salesman gave a throat laugh and a bright grin that barely showed his rows of teeth. In face he moved forward and gave a bow as he curled his fin around his body and promptly sat back down. "Aye there, those are just the type of shiny stone I'm looking for. Now tell me ya name so we can get acquainted." His voice was ever polite before he moved back and shook his form, eyeing the tank of fish.
"Mine's Monroe. I keep the Hearth back home." Well, he was a Hearthkeeper or something like that and he felt it was important but then he whipped around and stared at the manticore with a warm friendliness. "But I'm also a fisherman, I do much of the fishing back home so I can sell it like this to ya good folks across the pond." Easy peasy. That was how his job was done and he hoped that they liked his business. He then walked to the tank and tapped on the glass with a light paw, the tapping sharp but constant before he dropped his paw back to the ground. "Now, since ya have so many of them stones ya can afford the marlin. My biggest fish I got! Or ya can get two of my finest salmon. Whatever tickles ya fancy."
