silent paws pad to the table, following cry as she leans forward, sliding her frontal body onto the table's roof. there the armor sits, studded with a tiny metal to fasten the corners into all the right places.
"here's your armor as requested. nicely padded and all. if you want your armor to remain nice and strong, i suggest caring for it by wiping it down once a week or so with a damp cloth, and keep it out of the sun," leather, like other materials, needed care to ensure that it did not go bad, or grow weak with age. but thankfully, leather was sturdy enough that it did not constantly needed to be tended to. "you don't need to worry about that too much though. what do you think?"
