Sunhaven makes their home in a small, floating seatown along the beach at the edge of a mountain range.  Click each underlined word for a visual reference!

The Town  The floating seatown is a wide array of little, buoyant houses and shops connected by a vast stretch of boardwalk.  Though they may bob and sway gently on the waves below, the structures are connected to the ocean floor below and are sturdy enough to withstand the worst of weather.  Most of the buildings are very colorful and are frequently painted over with murals by Sunhaveners, but each varies widely in both function and layout.  Albeit somewhat small and quaint and certainly unconventional, their camp contains most buildings that can be found in any typical town.  Landmarks in the town include the library, the art cafe, and the fountain.

The Library  The library, like most places in the town, is small but chock-full of books nonetheless.  It is only one room with two stories, though each is stacked to the ceiling with books and equipped with ladders to reach those at the very top and both floors are connected by a single, winding staircase.  The very top is a dome with stained glass, lined below with murals, while down below there are desks and comfy chairs for relaxing and reading in.

The Art Cafe  The art cafe is a cozy little coffee shop that also doubles as an art gallery.  Hung on all the walls are paintings and drawings, and a space in the corner has been cleared for live performances.  Attached is a small art studio where painting classes were once taught, and where supplies can now be found.  This currently serves as the headquarters for the art guild.

The Fountain  At the entrance of the sea town is a large space of boardwalk left wide open for Sunhaveners to mingle, and at its very middle lies the fountain.  Still mostly in working order, the fountain's three tiers each have crumbling statues and glittering at the very bottom are coins that have been thrown in.  Here is where meetings are held and important announcements are made, often with the leader standing on the bottom lip so as not to get too wet!

The Beach  Where the mountains meet the sea lies the beach, the section of Sunhaven's territory that acts as about three-fourths of their border (the other quarter, of course, being deep within the mountains).  Here there are many caves and coves, rife with mystery for the curious explorer.  Landmarks on the beach include the wharf, the warship, the greenhouse, the statues, and the grotto.

The Wharf  Situated just next to the floating town is the wharf where old boats are docked.  Similar to the town itself it's relatively small, but there's lots to find within the anchored ships!  At the edge of the wharf is also a pier, along with an old fishing store.

The Warship  At the edge of the pier is a beached warship.  The vessel is somewhat sunken, with one end submerged below the water, but most of the interior is still accessible.  Some sections are rusted and the ship itself no longer functions.  This currently serves as the headquarters for the warfare guild.

The Greenhouse  Situated on the beach but still a safe distance from the shore to not be washed away is the greenhouse.  Inside there are raised beds, pots, and hanging plants aplenty.  Many are herbs or other useful plants, but others just exist to look pretty!  In the back is a small closet filled with gardening supplies, and attached at the ocean is a floating garden.  This currently serves as the headquarters for the medicine guild.

The Statues  Dotted along the beach are various mysterious statues.  No one knows how long they've been there or who made them, but they are certainly interesting fixtures of the territory and perfectly suiting for such an artsy group.  Creative members of Sunhaven are encouraged to expand this statue collection by adding their own!

The Grotto  At one of the furthest edges of the beach along the treeline lies a natural grotto with multiple openings to a pool below.  It's not a long drop and much of the water below is shallow, but smaller members be warned that it can prove difficult to escape!

The Mountains  Sunhaven's mountain range is relatively shallow and springs forth with life due to its typically-warm climate.  Though not tropical by any means, most of the summits are not tall enough to be cold year-round.  The environment is a mix, dotted with forests and bushy expanses, though each colored with a wide variety of flora and fauna; additionally, nestled between the peaks meadows are often found.  Landmarks in the mountains include the peak, the orchard, the fjord, and the lake.

The Peak  A winding staircase leads all the way from the town up the mountains to the highest point in all of Sunhaven's territory, the only mountain to ever be capped with snow: the peak.  Here, where they are closest to the sun, is a pyre where ceremonial burnings are held so that the smoke may reach the heavens.

The Orchard  Deep within the mountains is an abandoned orchard, whose buildings are decrepit and overgrown but whose array of fruit-bearing trees continue to grow produce each year.  Additionally, its nearby fields grow berries and flowers.

The Fjord  Flowing in from the sea is a river which cuts through the mountains to form a deep inlet of cliffs, creating a fjord.  Along this waterway is an overlook formed naturally by rocks, allowing Sunhaveners to get a lay of the ravine below.

The Lake  In the very heart of Sunhaven's mountains lies a lake into which the fjord flows, down over a waterfall.  Here the water is tranquil and serene considering the thinness of the waterfall, but it's deep enough to get non-swimmers in troubles should they decide to take a dip; the particularly brave of heart have even been known to cannonball off the cliffside above!
