Arrow had mused over this for a while, a good while. There were so many moving parts involved in a prank, like what you'd plan out, the chance if you shot gunned it that someone not so nice would come after you to kick your ass, that sort of thing. She didn't want to hurt anyone, so she had to find a basic prank that would confuse enough to be considered a prank at all, but no pain, and no water because imagine getting radioactive swamp water all over you. Yuck, and no.
So what did she do? I'm so glad you asked. Arrow scribbled dumb faces on a collection of rocks and hid them everywhere.
Going home to rest? Rock with a face. Out to hunt? Might find three. Perhaps a trip to the town center, don't trip over the rock with a face. She even placed one on the statue base, just for the bossman himself.
