former human - freelancer - manipulative
He wasn't exactly late. And it wasn't like he was capable of fighting either. With a broken leg, one could say that he was on medical leave while the rest of them wasn't exactly on medical leave. Most of the Freelancers were in fairly good shape and he didn't quite understand how they were going to end up coming out on top so easily. Half of the those that existed in the outpost were here, and whatever these guys thought was going to happen obviously wasn't working. The Freelancer had been sitting next to a tree, and since no one could see the look that he had on his face, he obviously looked bored. Everyone was tearing each other apart, and this was something that Washington knew probably better than the rest of the animals that existed in this world. War wasn't pretty, and there were bound to be casualties from both sides depending on how much these animals really wanted to kill each other. Washington knew that if he had his battle rifle, he would have shot everyone through the head right now, but he couldn't exactly operate a gun with what he was currently. So, instead, he had stuck to just watching.
He didn't seem to be obligated to help those that were in potential danger, as he was taking mental notes as he worked. Making note of the different fighting styles that other animals hide and what they were willing to do to win a fight. He of course was also watching Carolina fight an animal that was around her size, maybe a little bit smaller and come out on top. To be expected, but he had been slightly worried that the female would end up getting hurt again as she had yet to fight in the new body that she was in. Washington didn't really bother to watch Texas all that much as he was more than capable of taking care of herself. Simple and efficient. That's what they were trained to do. While Washington just sat there, a tired yawn made his jaws open inside of his helmet. Once the yawn was over, he raised one of his paws and adjusted the splint on his left arm before looking at Carolina having taken down the animal that she had fought against. Was the other dead? Probably not. He noticed the smug look on her face, and he wasn't sure what the think about that. He was glad that she had confidence, but too much confidence in this group again to lead to some future trouble.
