INTO THE SUN
(watch me disappear)

She'd been out hunting. Disconnected from the world, she had no idea that chaos was erupting in the territory until she wandered a little too close, close enough to hear the fighting. She makes her approach, throwing the pitiful deer carcass aside, until she can make out Jacob's words echoing across the area. Versailles remembers him, remembers when he had visited - he seemed sweet, seemed okay to her, nothing like the savages the Typhoon make themselves out to be. She listens to his words, his demands to stop the fighting, the approaching wedding - why did this Captain Pincher decide that it's a good night to fight?
Versailles sees the closest battling pair, Agent Texas and a jaglioness, continuing their fight despite Jacob's call for a halt. She thinks it's pretty disrespectful, especially when Bast (oh gods, Bast) and Jacob enter what seems to be a civil conversation. It's rude.
With a deep breath, collecting all the air that she could into the depths of her lungs, Versailles expels a breath of fire between [member=1551]TEXAS[/member] and [member=185]deldrach[/member], aiming not to hurt either party and to simply separate them from each other with a wall of fire. When the stream of fire bursting from her mouth dies, a flame remains lit in her right eye, burning inside the mask's eyehole and sparking with embers as she struggles to keep her lids peeled despite everything in her body telling her to close it, it's too bright, it's too hot, she needs to blink, but she forces them apart anyway.
