Damn, it hasn't been that long since the last meeting, and yet it still felt like it was months before the sound of the conch echoed across the clearing. Caesar still did not fucking like it, but whatever, at least it woke him up, right? As Caesar took a seat, Pincher went off on the normal announcements, regarding joiners and shoutouts - and he was actually called this time around. Huh. Caesar gave a nod of his head to show he heard and appreciated the shoutout, but said nothing regarding those promoted. The announcement regarding the high positions hit his ears, and he flicked them, telling himself mentally to take that to heart. He... honestly had no excuse not to be around, other than him recovering from the injuries he sustained from Delta in Snowbound. But yeah he did have to be around more, didn't he?

The announcement regarding Snowbound disappointed him a bit, and the look on his face showed that. Despite that, Caesar wasn't going to say anything in defense of attacking them. He didn't exactly have the right to; after all the Captain's word was law. "Noted," He grunted, verbally showing his disappointment.
