CLEO ROUX-CIPHER
There are many things on this planet that Cleo has yet to understand...
Gambling is one of them.
She arrives silently, more so drawn in by the sight of the roulette table than the sound of voices. She must have missed the explanation, as she only blinks quizzically up at Papercutter and Pincher, that dainty smile of hers quickly melting into a frown. She doesn't like not knowing things and the fact that she didn't hear the instructions bothers her. Greatly. She feels her blood run cold, frustration swamping her lithe frame now. It's because of her hearing problems, she's sure of it, but she can't do anything save ask for Paper to repeat himself and... well, she refuses to do that. Cleo is a proud individual - stubborn too - and she knows that she'd much rather stumble and make an attempt than ask for clarification.
[color=#445544]"I'll play," The child announces, albeit uncertainly. She assumes this is a game, based on the chips and the water balloons and what not, but cannot say for certain. She lacks knowledge in this department, and once again grows frustrated the moment she realizes that her announcement may seem out of place. She guesses that it's no matter, unless someone decides to say something to her that is. She's already angry enough, comment from literally anybody most likely has the power to push her right over the edge. [color=#445544]"Eshe will too," Cleo continues, motioning to her black mamba companion, [color=#445544]"She'll be my ears."
