He was no reader or writer and definitely wouldn't be receiving an award for it any time soon. He had decided to start out easy based on someone recommendation for him and thus he was handed a comic book which was more picture than it was dialogue. He looked at a few pieces of dialogue and tried to figure out what it meant, his eyes narrowing into a squint as he grew more and more frustrated. What the hell How did people any read this stuff. None of the words made sense to him, him spending minutes upon minutes of trying to make sense of all these words but to no avail. He could begin to feel his patience running thin and frustration build up, but he quickly forced himself to calm down and keep trying. He sure as hell wasn't going to injure his pride and let someone teach him so he would have to force himself to learn on his own despite any complications. The male turned a page in the comic book, narrowing his eyes as he forced his face real quick to the book that he was nearly kissing the paper, eyes focused and squinted as he tried to make out what any of those words were and meant.
To say he was startled by Junior was an understatement, being broken out from his focus and forced to land his eyes on the male. Great, just when he was starting to get somewhere. At the question Marcel happened to flinch, clearing his throat and looking back towards the comic book with yet another look of pure frustration. "No." He answered a bit snappy like, as if the question had completely offended him. He took a deep breath and let out a sigh, looking back at Junior. "Sorry, just really into this.. book." A lie not at all well said but a lie nonetheless, huffing as the male forced his paws on the paper to switch to the next page. He didn't even understand what was going on but he wasn't going to let this Junior guy think he was completely brainless and stupid.
