notes/information on merlin

- his appearance was caused by an exposure to radiation
- he is a physical, audio, and visual hallucination
- to albion he is a lanky man around his mid-thirties. short black curly hair is always appearing disheveled. he has round blue eyes and a very expressive face that always tells his emotions easily. ref
- when merlin appears he is often very close to albion with no boundaries or personal space, though she doesn't mind much
- before coming to griffingate merlin was her source of encouragement and drive to survive the dangers and find safety
- she very much considers him family and her best friend, and doesn't think anything of his odd appearance/disappearances
- aside from merlin, the radiation has also caused her to believe she is back in arthurian legend. she interprets this as a purpose to reform the knights of the round table, which merlin feeds into by showing her his 'magic' and giving explanations to mutations as 'mythical creatures'
