[font=trebuchet ms]Ah, she was late. Leaving her bag within the cleric's hide, Rin hurried over to the crowd in the Grand Circle, taking a seat behind Suiteheart and watching Bastille. Luckily, she had been in time to hear him announce the myriad of newcomers, some of which she had already met, some of which she hadn't. "Welcome, everyone," she chimed in, glancing around at the ones that she recognized.
Next were social events, ambassador duties, and weekly tasks. She probably ought to do at least one of the three- maybe she'd catch a weekly task after the meeting. At the mention of cliques, she nodded. She probably ought to be doing a better job with handling all the newcomers, not just the ones who had gone for the Halo tryouts.
Then, of course, came promotions and titles. All of them were very much deserved; most of them were pulling their weight and then some. "Congratulations on the promotions," Rin offered, twitching her ears. With that, the meeting was over, so she retreated back to the cleric's hide, and offered Shininglight a nod along the way. Not that he was likely to notice, as enraptured by the flowers as he was, but the sentiment was the same.
