Silver eyes shine with curiosity. "I am merely an Observer her, but I would be happy to keep you company until Bastilleprisoner or Suiteheart arrives." For Peri, it is all about the hospitality. Only Bast and Suite hold any power to accept or deny alliance requests, but perhaps Imperia can make it appeal more to Atbash by being friendly. Well, Peri is always friendly, but that is irrelevant.
