She already received her pendant--a dove surrounded by rays of sun--but that does not mean she is banned from enjoying the peaceful serenity of the place. As much as she loves the Ascendants, Peri still feels a little lonely here. She feels as if she lives on the outside; always looking in but never apart of anything. But she supposed it has always been this way. There has always been a barrier between herself and others, but at least this time she is not being punished for being herself. Plus, the residents are all very nice people. Er, most of them, anyways. If she is comparing them to her old home, over, only a few jerks is a vast improvement over living in a place populated entirely by cruel-hearted people.
Slender limbs carry the dainty huntress through the plains, emerald tendrils shivering in a brisk wind. She is thinking about what sort of food she should prepare for Agent Carolina while the leopardess heals from a broken jaw and other injuries when Peri finally arrives at her destination. And she is rather surprised to see a child sitting at the base of the tree. "Oh, hello," she greets, voice delicate and soft as an angel's wing. Silver eyes observe the discarded remnants of failed prototypes before flickering back to the child. "Seems that you are quite the ingenuitive young creature..." Imperia sounds impressed because, well, because she is impressed. She is the sort who values the pursuit of knowledge. "My name is Imperia. What is yours?"
