Ah, a snake. Such a serpent was a strange sight around these parts, opting usually to live in warmer places. Actually, he had to ask about that - as someone who wasn't really up to date on knowledge of biology, he didn't know exactly why snakes strayed away from the colder lands, but it felt important. "Oh, hello there, miss," Mark said, doing his best to be polite, having only overheard her most recent sentence as he landed down near the large lion man prone to punching. Aizawa, he thought. Didn't really know. "A snake up here seems a little odd - isn't it too cold?" His tone was perfectly inquisitive, the sort of tone you'd have to reach to find something offensive in, heavily tinged by age in a passive but still definitely noticeable way, one that made the old crow - raven, rather - himself frequently aware of how little time he had left. Oh, but she had a dilemma of her own, one related to bookreading. "Oh, I don't think we have any such books here, no ma'am. Seems to be too dark of a topic, if I'm honest - but I don't know much about that, not too much of a reader as it is."

dms are always open if you need to talk to someone or just want a friend :^)
