Atbash had decided to make meetings weekly, hoping that the frequent meetings would prove popular and showed that she was around the group and interacting with everybody. "Everyone! Gather for a meeting!" The she-cat called out as she made her way towards the Banquet Hall, where the meetings were usually held. "We have a lot of things to go through, so I'm going to list the major changes last." She started. "So! Everyone, please give a warm welcome to Alister, Ksitigarbha, Tsuyu, and Stellas, who all joined within the last week. And please give Cry a warm welcome, too, since she just returned." Alright, that was joiners done, so what was next? Promotions. Atbash sucked in a breath, knowing that her next words was something a certain somebody was going to be dreading. "Izuku, I'd like you to step up to Frosthealer. You're our only healer at the moment, but I have faith in you." She tried to look at him as she spoke to him, trying to give him a reassuring smile. But her gaze quickly went away as she continued, "I gave Aizawa a warning last meeting, although I'm giving him a much harsher one this time. I'd like to see you around, buddy." It'd really help with things, too. But she understood; he was sick. "We got invited to a capture the flag event with The Typhoon, and don't forget our own Dancing Lights Festival!" She announced next, a huge smile on her face. "I'm also going to consider a possible alliance between Moonlight Vale and Stellar Command. They're two lesser-known groups who have visited us recently, would anybody oppose to having an alliance between either of them?" From her understanding, they were both peaceful, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue.

And now for the big announcements. Atbash took in another breath and exhaled slowly before she went on, "There's going to be a lot of changes in Snowbound. First off, the religion that Jacob had will be completely demolished. We won't be believing in any religion as a whole group, but you guys are free to believe in whatever you want. Which means the titles are going to be changed soon, although I haven't came up with names for those just yet. I'll let everyone know next meeting if I do - but! You still will be receiving a pendant when you get a title because they're kinda cute, don't you think?" She used one paw to show off her duckling pendant, as if to prove her point. "Secondly, ranks are changing a bit. Not all of them but a few: Chief will now be called Hailcaller, Snowstriker will now be called Icestriker, so nobody confuses the rank with Snowseeker. Warriors are now Eaglehunters. All the others stay the same, however I am abolishing the Tenderfoot, Flurryhost, and Lionheart ranks because they're a bit repetitive. Instead, I'm replacing it with a rank called Polarheart. It's still a semi-high position, and they're basically just a welcoming committee. Once you get promoted from that rank, you can choose between Frosthealer, Arcticplayer, and Icestriker." There, that was done. "Also! Meetings are going to be on every Wednesday from now on. Does anybody have any questions or other announcements?"
