Eight pulled up beside Amunet, staring in shock at the reptile. She's never seen a creature with scales before. At least... not one that wasn't a fish. There were a lot of fish in the metro. Eight hummed silently under her breath, ears pinning back. Being part octopus, she was mostly jelly like and had little to no bone structure. She would probably be akin to a gummy bear to this creature.
Eight huffed, eyes shaking as she skinned its blood stained teeth. It appeared that Tanglewood was not its first victim. She could hear their screams. The souls that this creature has consumed. Much like that god awful blender (euugh... she shivered just thinking about it). Eight tensed, a bead of sweat rushing down her face at the tense atmosphere. There was going to be a fight here, there was no questioning it. It was not like she had a weapon on her. She was useless without one. She could run, probably but that wouldn't help much. Eight held her breath. This wasn't a matter of stopping the fight. this was a matter of who would attack first.
"SPEECH"
