Well, he was somewhat late, but he had finally figured out what to do. A few minutes after Pincher made his announcement, Paper arrived on the scene, carrying a deck of cards. Walking up to the sheets of paper, he set down the cards, then took one sheet and a pen. Writing Mafia on the sheet and some basic notes about the rules, he then placed the sheet in the pot, picked the deck of cards back up, and walked away.
