ROMULUS MALUS - KINGPIN - COTC
Romulus Malus was completely unaware of the recent tensions between Tanglewood and The Typhoon. In fact, they were allies for the longest time. He assumed they were fine and dandy. Neutrality was important with the kingpin, especially between two of the longest thriving and biggest groups. Even so, it appeared he would either have to pick a side or succumb to silence soon. Even so, cluelessness kept him from being silent as he arrived into the meeting. Only when Lucinder's flames shot down their back did he pull back physically and offer a glance sideways towards the other Coalitioners following nearby.
As periwinkle eyes ran over the crowd, Romulus started to notice scowls and smirks being exchanged across the board. New wounds appeared on familiar faces, while others seemed to be flexing their superiority. One female even appeared to be missing an eye. Something, obviously, had to be up.
Cautious paws led him away from going to the front of the crowd and instead he stopped at the crater's border. Swallowing, he raised his head up to present a confident identity to the others. Over time, Romulus had grown used to being a leader, but always was worried in the face of tension. Instead, he let a façade push him forth. "It appears no one has spoken up yet," the leader noted. "So I will."
The kingpin looked at the crowd, picking out faces he had seen before. Jormungand was someone he was going to prominently ignore due to their past, leaving The Pitt unable to be discussed with at the moment. Instead, he turned his attention on the other two groups: Tanglewood and The Typhoon. "How have been your groups been fairing?" came the question of the night.
