The light has been gone -
the arrival of the siren made her eyes flick over. a small smile pulling the cornrs of her maw. the puff of water turning to sea mist like the mist from the very waves licking at her belly fur. it was rather impressive, the way he moved in the waves so freely. her wings stopped her from swimming like a fish. was she jealous of his skill?
perhaps she was. ah, well, i can't swim as beautifully as you do. she mused as he would lean upon her little coral resting place. so, i have to make due. she would reply with an amused chuff. she would let her eyes flick out to the water with a frown.
what was that?
it was at this point she noticed something. she would spot some odd spikes. maybe you are right about something being out there. she motioned towards the spikes with a tilt of her head. she was not to sure if she was seeing things or not.
