her blatent challenge erked him and he looked to the stranger. the grunt was a clear question and the tom shook his head before chirping. a clear response of not friends, nor really enemies. the male would look back and hiss slightly. spreading his wings and diving down. using his size to bowl over the smaller female. then, he would land on the earth nearby. turning to keep both of them in sight.
