Ilijas gazed at the demon with what only could be described as mistrusting eyes, lips still set into that contemplative frown of his. There was something familiar about this situation and the young man, even more perplexed now, only had to sigh and dismiss the whirlwind of thoughts that occupied his mind, knowing that this was hardly the time and place to dissect them as thoroughly as he wished. Besides, Ceasar had asked something of him and he, ever the gentleman, could simply not let that go ignored. [b][color=gray]"My name is Ilijas," He began quietly, his rich, accented voice betraying his internal confusion, [color=gray]"And admittedly, I just woke up upon your border."Ilijas was a man of his word and had always been of the thought that he would get nowhere if he was deceitful or lied. He supposed that he wasn't doing anything wrong either- as far as he was concerned, there was no unsung rule that you couldn't wake up on the border of some unfamiliar group. [color=gray]"What is this place?" He continued, dark eyes once more sweeping the mostly mundane area that he and Caesar currently found themselves within, [color=gray]"And is joining an option?" He felt as if he had no other choice but to join whatever group lived here; he didn't know who he was or where he could go otherwise.
Stifling another sigh, Ilijas perked his grey ears and awaited a response. Surely they wouldn't turn him away? But what was he to do if they did? Pursue the girl from his memory? That is an unwise decision, Ilijas. Pursue yourself, first, his mind carefully instructed.
He supposed that he just had to hope that they would admit him into (unbeknownst to him) the Typhoon.
