Jotunhel wasn't exactly a discreet wyvern. He wore his heart on his sleeve, metaphorical as it was. Might as well have been there, with just how often the beast found himself absolutely stunned by the appearances of his peers. It was just... unfair? His heart felt like it was going to burst if he didn't do something about this! He wasn't sure what to do about it, though. His wing had begun to near being fully healed, which he would use in constructing the method of fixing this issue.
A hopeless romantic, Jotunhel recalled being dubbed many a time by his peers before leaving his home. Too much love stored in the feathered mythical beast, and no where to put it. Beezlebub was a great partner, who would actually put up with his love-filled smothering but... the dragon, he hadn't seen them since he'd arrived. He was still looking, sure (he had no doubts the bee was getting up to their normal antics elsewhere, and it'd only be a matter of time before the two were reunited), but he figured this would be a good use of Jotunhel's time in the meanwhile. Beezle wouldn't mind, he knew - asked about it not too many months into their actual relationship, which was good for both parties.
The construction was shotty but swift, and the wyvern had effectively stolen a kid's lemonade design and used it for his current means. There the wyvern sat on the other side, his tail swinging slowly behind him. Simple was the scratchy, written sign that Jotunhel put up. 'Kiss/Compliments for free : )' Straight to the point, which was good! Fast, easy solution, and a grin was present on the king fisher wyvern's face as he waited for customers to, hopefully, arrive.
