DO YOU MIND IF I WILD OUT
AUBERON -- MASC/NONB. -- THE FROSTBLOWN -- SAGE -- MEDIUM DIFFICULTY
The sky was clear, and the sun was high in the sky, the camp in a quiet peaceful environment. Nothing had been happening, not since the flood and Moth's capture. The most exciting had been Margaret waking up, and the arrival of spring quickly bringing summer on its heels. It would be no surprise to find the members lounging around camp and the territory, soaking up the peace.
Soon, in the noontime hours, loud rumbling and eerie crackling would fill the sky and the bowl of the valley, the sound puncturing every nook and cranny. It wouldn't be a surprise if some thought it the end of the world, or the awakening of a giant. It drew members from dens an back into camp with raised fur and anxious eyes. The Sage himself descended from his napping place, "Members of The Frostblown!", he would call, to capture attention and soothe the fright running through the bodies of his friends and companions. Not even he knew the cause of this noise that rumbled on at odd intervals, his ears pinning back. It was frightening, even to him. What the hell was going on? "Gather around me so you can hear me!", he roared over another deep and booming crack that rolled through the valley, his fur standing on end at the strange bowwowowooow bouncing sound that followed, ears pinned to his skull.
