Adjusting had been a bit hard for Mira, to put it simply. While she'd been involved in a group in the past, she hadn't been involved in anything like the Ascendants. Everyone just seemed more friendly, and a lot more willing to work together. She didn't get that kind of agreeable attitude from everyone back home. Though, perhaps that was because they seemed to depend on each other less there than they did here. She often pondered the differences between the two homes when she was on her own.
Usually, the serval had been inside of the observatory. She didn't get out all that much, but considering how freaked out she seemed over a tiny bit of dirt, it probably wasn't surprising. Though, oddly enough, she actually had felt confident that day, leading to her actually leaving the building. She needed a breath of fresh air, anyways. Staying inside constantly wouldn't be good for her health. She moved rather quickly, hoping that nobody would actually see her. Though, due to that, she wasn't paying attention to where she was going, causing her paws to run directly into a pile of mud. Oh no, oh no- no. This was bad, and not to mention, gross. Mira attempted to stop out, only causing her to slip and fall, covering her with even more mud. Well, this was completely embarrassing. For the time being, the serval continued to keep struggling to get up, just hoping she could get away before anyone could see her.
