kydobi was getting in the way, and he didn't like it. It creeped him out, really, that anyone could get along with the bastards in the lingré family. especially with jerisidie, his personal toy. but in this particular way? it was with the eldest child of the family, bai shi, which was umpteen times older than the melanistic jaguar. he was close with the damn dragon, and he deserved to know that the family was horrible to get close to.

he had been planning this for a while, scheming upon a way to absolutely destroy Jerisidie, the main builder of the Lingré family, and to drive him back to his side, or to ultimately kill the rotten bastard.

to hurt Jerisidie, he had learned that he must attack the family in order to truly hurt him. And so, the target currently was Bai Shi. After all, the catamount was responsible for the murder of the dragon's first mate and dearly beloved, Astro, which had done damage to the dragon. He could read the signs, and visibly see the dragon feeling affections for the jaguar. if he took out the heirs, the family would crumble.

Clearing his throat, the mole tracked the most recent scent trail of the jaguar, hoping to convince him to 'help him with something'. the kid wouldn't even see his own death coming for him.

coming upon said jaguar, he let his physical demeanor change, trying to be amiable and easy to get along with him. "hey kydobi. can I get your help with something?" he would ask of him, tail twitching slightly as he waited for his answer. little did he know that they would soon have a witness to the deed.

The damn problem with lying bastards such as Augustin, was that they were hard to resume a normal role in society.  Anatole, who was still a child did not trust the puma, hell she wouldn't trust him even if he offered her candy.  The girl was minding her own business when she came across this scene, this was unusual, by the how everyone else that she came to know in this area treated the puma, she was not surprised by this sudden change in demeanor.

As much as she would allow herself to, even if she was not trained at all in stealth, but she would try her hardest to keep her scent upwind from the puma, there is no telling what he do to a child, since he was capable of a lot of things. Murder of one, isn't that far from his scheme of crimes.

These are the moments he loathed.

The unreasonable fighting. The murder and slaughter of innocents. He did not wish to wreak havoc. He did not wish to spill blood. To think of all the children killed, caught in the cross fire, and scarred. All the children exposed to this unnecessary life style.

All the children raised to hate the Pitt. But he would begin to give up bow. No point in trying to sway the Fox. Till his death chaos would reign. The Jaguar was slowly making his way to the mountains. Taking his sweet time. It was crucial that he made an appearance. Dip his paws in blood he did not spill. Roll in some dirt to look a little rough.

He would not fight without a cause. He would not fight just to do so.

Jervis was a god at creating vicious circles. Clearing his throat he would walk. Still within the familiar jungle.


And why did he stay? For the trees. For the comfort. He was a beast of familiarity. He sought out what he knew. And stayed with it. He avoided what he didn’t. And kept it that way.

He did not know love and so he ran from it when Bai Shi offered him a little. He did however know company and so he would not totally avoid them as a whole.

“hey kydobi, can I get your help with something”

The feline had been so deep in his mind that his usually sharp senses did not hear the fellow cats arrival. To his surprise it was Augustin. Kydobi learned to be wary. Their first meeting was at the border and Ramona’s reaction to the car was enough to make the brute cautious.

But over time the cat proved okay. A little bloodthirsty, possibly, but that was common in the Pitt. So Kydobi would give him the benefit of the doubt.

The cat would turn. Patches of sun that broke through the dense trees would shine on his obsidian pelt, revealing it to be a dark chocolate. Molten hues would look into the icy ones with tired interest.

The tumultuous state of his home was taking a toll on him. He moved a little slower and often forgot to maintain posture. He let his head hang in more ways than one. Initially he walked with a bounce, thrilled to have found a new purpose and a new mission.

However now he would forget to turn his whole body to face the cat fully. Lazily he would turn his head and cleared his throat, “Of course, what is it?”

Anything. He would be glad to have a reason putting off the battle

Signed, sealed, and most certainly delivered.  The jaguar cub could only silently slink right behind the two of them, acting as she was minding her own business, but she looked about her.  This wasn't good, and she was almost certain that she was going to be witnessing something gross and probably almost carnal, after all this was Augustin after all. That idiot didn't learn his lesson, the first time around. 

What made you think he would learn it this time around, committing a murder is one thing, framing another is one has well.

Augustin studied Kydobi's appearance, easily seeing why Jerisidie's eldest would be attracted to Kydobi. a real shame to have to kill someone as handsome as he, but alas, this was part of a bigger plan than he could even dare dream off. This was a chance to finally destroy the family.

"Well, I was going to do some hunting or other such things to help the group when they get back from battle with elysium. would you like to help me? i don't really care for facing children and small fries on the battle field, leaves a bad taste in my mouth."

Now to bring the clueluess male outside of the territory, and to commit the murder. He had already picked out who his victim of the murder accusation would be. None other than Bai Shi themselves, a direct effort to break the being easily.

He isn’t so stable you know, not that he ever was, so the Fox might do something to prove a point. A punishment.

Kydobi would look up, exposing his neck briefly before looking down. He could've swore he heard the faintest breath. But then again he probably did... They resided in a jungle after all.

eyes stalking kydobi when he showed his throat momentarily, the puma had to drive his bloodlust back down, swallowing and huffing, "so long as its productive in the slightest, am I right? hmn, I think I just heard some prey. I'll be right back, I'll try driving it this way." he responded before bounding effortlessly into the jungle foliage, unaware of anatole's silent following. this time he wasn't hunting a prey animal, but rather a negligent man.
