Welcome to the Typhoon's partner scavenger hunt! Captain Goldenluxury Roux has scattered various clues and objects around the island and called together her crewmates to join together to find all of them for a reward.

- you are NOT required to work with your partner, though it's encouraged you do. two minds are better than one.

Masie had been looking forward to this scavenger hunt even if she didn't completely understand it. Being partnered with someone? Made things easier, though she was at a disadvantage due to being unable to read and unsure if Keona being blind from prevent her from doing so.

Indeed, a rather interesting predicament for the pair.  Fortunately, the tiny fae could actually read thanks to her studious uncle, Raziel, who taught her to do so with her paws.  The petite striker flicked an ear absently as she padded forward, albeit a little slow and hesitantly before locating none other than the braille message.  Her brow furrowed sharply in concentration as her paws glossed over the little ridges.  "'The first item lies behind a counter surrounded by life and color.  Some may call it the goat.'" The smallest frown pulled her maw down.  "Goat is all capitalized." 

Her head inclined lightly towards her partner, pale hues bright with curiosity and thought.  Unfortunately color had to be dismissed.  Counter... Goat... Her uncle's books came to mind.  Zodiac.  "Masie I have a thought, follow me."

Out of her earshot of the others, she'd just beam, "capricorn's a goat."

[align=center][div style="width:60%;overflow:auto;font-family:verdana;font-size:11px;text-align:justify"]Although Izulu had honestly forgotten about the scavenger hunt - he had signed up for it a while ago and decided not to keep track - he became excited once more when he found out he had been partnered, and now that there was something that was written down where he could start on the hunt, he was ready to begin. Reading the clue, Izulu would sit down to think. He wasn't the best at riddles, but he was good at looking at clues.

'GOAT' was all capitalized so that meant it was important, and there was something about a counter. His lack of knowledge of the clan was not going to go well with this, but hopefully [member=3616]Umber[/member] knew more.

Umber comes and flies ontop of izulu and rests ontop of her thinking for a bit. suddenly he begins hopping ontop of her back excitedly"I know where it is!i know where it is!""he hurriedly whispers it into her ear and then giggles as he hunkers down so that they can run off to the tavern and get the next clue

[Masie]

The raptor watched her partner carefully, seated on the ground to listen carefully. When told to follow? The striker did so with no hesitation running after the younger appearing animal, waiting to hear what she knew. While Masie was unable to read? She could understand speech, knew the island well and was an impeccable runner. Once the younger one mentioned Capricorn the young raptor would attempt to snatch her partner up and place the smaller feline on her back. If she managed to pick up keona? She'd give the blind feline time to sink claws into her feathers so she could break into a swift sprint.

Once they arrived at the tavern the young raptor would make her way behind the counter of the tavern looking for the next clue in what she thought was the most logical place as Keona could read them but not see them. Masie was very happy with this partner ship! She could swiftly go to places and seek out the notes while Keona could read them and figure out where they needed to go!

Oh brother. Of all partners...? The endfield grit his teeth quietly as he focused, sea-green eyes narrowing and zipping over the words of the first clue like they were running a marathon.  GOAT.  Not a hard riddle.  "Come on Kian, I know where to go." As did everyone else it seemed, and... Well, maybe if he shifted into a cheetah he had a chance of matching Keona and Maisie's speed, but that seemed a little redundant; Keona had simply launched into searching faster than them.

He wasted no time breaking into a quick trot, glancing behind for his twin.

Some pride rested in that fact.  Despite being blind, despite Masie's inability to read and communicate with words... They seemed near unstoppable.  He marveled at the immediate productivity they seemed to produce.  "I suppose we should just congratulate Sibi and move on," he joked.  They were a competitive family; he didn't want to lose to his own daughter so quickly, pride or no pride.

While the fae was rather unaccustomed to being scooped up and placed on someone's back -- and disoriented now her paws no longer touched the ground but held onto feathers -- she quickly understood the convivence.  No doubt they made the fastest pair now.  She could handle some time off-ground for that.  Especially since she took longer to read than others with sight.

Perfect.

Inside the tavern, the smaller striker grinned, retrieved a necklace, and set to work, reading aloud as her paws moved.  "A... Skull secures... A circular treasure, hidden... In plain sight." Immediately, she made a face, a tail flicking irritably.  "… There's... A skull at the Colosseum's door... An'... Outside the Temple..." But the colosseum's circular... Right? She bit her lip, brow furrowed.  "Colosseum first."

Umber rushes in atop of Izulu and upon reading the note thinks for a second before whispering in her ear and the two of them rushing off to the skull placed in the center of the door to the colloseum where izulu taps the code into the skull
