Apparently, this was something that leaders did. So she would, too. Meetings of some sort, promoting and demoting others. So, the wolf made her way to the small, grassy area  at the bottom of the spire. She set in front of the small hole in it, calling, "Snowbound! Time for a meeting!"

Once she got their attention, she could begin. With her tail flicking behind her, she spoke. "Let's give some new people warm welcomes! Gwen, Arthur, Todoroki, and Maia. Let's also welcome back Kauko."

She glanced around for the people who would be the ones to receive these ranks. If she could not find them, oh well. She had just wanted to offer personal congratulations. "I want to offer some promotions. Arthur Morgan, I want you to become an Arcticplayer. And Todoroki, I would like you to step up to Icestriker. There are no demotions."

Taking a deep breath, Anael continued. As for titles... Arthur, I would like you to have the Snowflake and Icicle titles. Shoto, you get the Snowflake one. That is all I have to say. Unless someone else has anything to say, this meeting is dismissed."

EASTWARD BOUND

ARTHUR MORGAN — MALE — SNOWBOUND — EAGLEHUNTER — HARD

This was... new. In his old gang they never had meetings or any sort of group progress check. Those matters were handled on a one-on-one basis. The closest they got to anything like this was the occasional long winded speech a la Dutch before something exciting. But even then it wasn't close to the same thing. Arthur, upon hearing the call to gather, hesitated a moment before trailing alongside an npc to the spire's base and sitting down on the cold ground.

The dusty brown wolf listened intently, perking up at the mention- rather multiple mentions- of his name. A welcome, a promotion, and two gifted titles. He wanted to be grateful, honestly, he did. It sure sounded important but there was a bit of a problem. Brow furrowing, he tried to make sense of his new rank. Arcticplayer. He swears he's heard of it in passing, but he hadn't bothered to pay much attention until now. Great. He'd make a note to ask Anael about it all later, not wanting to interrupt the meeting with his inquiries. Instead, he tipped his hat to her. "Thank you, miss."
