Site-wide plots?

I've had a few in mind for awhile, but I'd figured I'd ask for everyone else's opinions. Any ideas for something site-wide? If you want to vote on staff involvement, please look here.

Could be something really basic for the first one like maybe an enemy to all the groups that will actually be taken down? Even something basic like that can be made really neat if planned out lightly with a few paths and let the actions of the groups decide which of those paths is taken. If ever needed I could actually design something basic like that, I actually have fun doing such things even though I don't have fun with much else that isn't direct rp setting up the story and paths for an event is just enchanting cause I'm weird.

Other idea's of the top of my head generally revolve on doing something that would push towards laws or something, develop the society around everyone ic, atm, cause its late and I have next to no brain left.

Temp group would be easier to manage but the rouge leader has a much more lasting impact especially for whichever group it's in, I love the idea of a rouge leader but something like that it is much harder to run in my experience unless you have someone whose all for it and the nearly unavoidable fallout in a leader position and someone willing to play npc's and tons of communication as otherwise it can descend into chaos or someone may interfere somewhere and prevent something important form happening not knowing what was suppose to happen. Whereas with the temp group it's easy to bypass mishaps because they're an entire blank slate that can be played with however is needed.

But the rouge leader would be the better plot imo, if it can be pulled off successfully.

Oh I definitely agree. It would make for something interesting tbh.

Yee. Hopefully there's a leader open for it, as that's honestly the hardest part.

rogue leaders are so fun and id love to play a part in the plot if you guys need anything, but currently i dont play a leader nor do i have any well-established characters so i probably couldnt cover any main roles lol

another interesting site-wide plot could be a plague? sickness doesnt seem to be addressed often even though in nature i feel like it would affect people a lot more, so maybe there is an illness going around and people have to look for the cure? and maybe there could be a prize for it or something? idk

Rogue leaders are definitely my favorite thing to RP also tbh.

A plague is definitely something I have considered! The only thing we would have to keep in mind is that it would have to spread to all animals.

Could just claim its one that easily mutates?
