EVERYBODY DANCE || MEETING 11/02

There was a lot of things they had to discuss considering the two week period between meetings but that was the point. So they could talk and discuss about a lot of the issues that were going on. The large female moved forward, shifting her vivid green gaze over the large boardwalk between the many homes that they had. Things had been quite and she allowed herself a moment to breath in and then relax. Tanglewood whom had stayed with them a good measure had enlightened her to a lot of things and she often wondered if they were actively wasting their own resources. Sure they had their shops and the like but she wondered if they could do more with what they had. The palisade barrier was also going to be coming down and she allowed herself a even breath to pull deep from her chest. Frankly she was still worried about such a feat being done and if it would harm more than it would help but they didn't necessarily need it for protection anymore. At least she didn't think that they needed it anymore. Shaking her head she eased her way to the fountain where she sat down and turned her gaze toward the sun, feeling the warmth on it as these cold days began to come forward with more of a bite to them. Snow would soon follow and she allowed a herself to close her eyes and relax. Alright, nothing like the present to get things done. "Sunhaven! Gather by the fountain for a meetin'!" Guilds were coming back, as was a few more things and ideas she had. But she'd wait to discuss that when everyone was upon her and settled in for the long haul.

It had been a pretty eventful last couple weeks for Bex, who seemed to be feeling as good as she ever would. The collie bounded up, a bright smile visible upon her expression as she sat down amongst the gathering crowd, and began to wonder what sort of discussions this meeting would present. It was likely that them helping out Tanglewood would be mentioned, as well as some events as usual. And of course the typical promotions, demotions, and shoutouts. But little did Bex know that there would be more to this meeting than just that. Nevertheless, she was excited to hear the announcements, despite not knowing exactly what to expect. It had been a busy time for the entire group, after all. Much had happened and the female knew that it would be nice to be able to hear Marina give the basic rundown of it all.

Blu sauntered over and sat beside Leona. All things considered things have become a whole lot interesting these days.

To others, this past week had been chock-full of entertainment in one way or another. A plentitude of laughs had procured from the visiting swamp-dwellers, a figure being complimented by the numerous problems they had caused as well. All in all, Wendell viewed the scenario as yet another strife that he’d prefer to not enter, and closed his doors to the needy. Was it a dick move? Sure. Was it his fault? Totally not. The world’s gone bent as a nine-bob note, and the wolverine wished to live normally on this messed up planet, so one could not blame him for shutting out another’s problems.

On the other hand, the lack of actions he’d committed over the prior week would not exactly polish his record. Last meeting, Bucky felt no shame in warning the mustelid for his faulty presence in the tribe, and now, Wendell’d certainly face the consequences. Promotions, demotions, and miscellaneous news are the main topics at these conferences; guess which one his name will fall under. Along with the loss of his position, Marina’s itinerary must have something touching upon Tanglewood’s activity in their grounds, further info on the Ascendants conflict, and more topics that remained unknown fore the Helion spoke. Seating himself quite a whiles away from his peers, the mammal glared at the hellhound expectantly, as if he was cocksure in knowing his fate.

It had been a while since the last meeting, though Gordon wasn't exactly complaining. The last meeting had been where Marina announced that The Ascendants would be enemies and Gordon still wasn't entirely comfortable with that. Regardless, the leader's word was law and she couldn't go against it, no matter how much she wanted to. Gordon did have a plan however, though if Marina ever learned of it, she was sure the female wouldn't be happy with her. But that's a risk I'll have to take.

At Marina's call, the munchkin she-cat made her way over, taking a seat next to Wendell.

Ichigo had been busy the past couple of weeks. It was mostly dealing with personal stuff, and somewhat keeping himself for specific reasons. The cougar didn't have a need to go into any of the personal issues that always followed him when it came to a group that he barely knew. Hell, he just was able to learn the leader's name just a couple weeks ago, and had learned that she was indeed the leader of this place. Tanglewood had been an interesting sight, although he wasn't sure what to think of the group first impression wise. He hadn't interacted with the majority of them and that could potentially be a concern later on for the Shinigami. They had issues with ghosts and such, and the wildcat had tried to figure out how he would be able to help. But as the month came to an end, they all just uppped and disappeared from what he knew. He hoped it wasn't the fact that it would mean there would be more Hollows around. That was the last thing he needed when he was trying to set up his life again for him. The older male didn't consider this place a home just yet. There were too many old memories that were blocking out his capbility to make new ones in a place like this. He just kept on thinking about the traders that constantly backstabbed the group that he led. At least he hadn't heard any information about the Ascendants in a while. Ichigo still didn't know what to make of them. The Shinigami had been so busy that sleep wasn't really an option. Was it ever an option? Not really. His rounded ears perked as he heard a slightly familiar voice and began to make his way over toward the growing group. The swordsman was used to meetings and doubted that a lot would end up happening with this meeting as he hadn't been around all that much anyway. His bi-colored eyes noticed Wendell off to the side, the other not looking all that happy at the moment. Ichigo didn't consider what could be wrong, and at the moment Wendell was the only one that he knew enough about. He began to make his way over toward the wolverine, his usual scowl spread across his exhausted features, before taking a seat adjacent to the wolverine. Ichigo didn't sit extremely close on the factor that the other seemed to not be in the best of moods. Ichigo would offer the wolverine a small nod of his head as he leaned back on his hunches, closing his eyes in a tired manner.

Two weeks already. The maine coon couldn't help it but be surprised with how quickly the time has gone by. Only two weeks ago, he was hosting the meeting for Marina, as she fought off a disease from a wraith. Bucky still wasn't able to process what happened entirely, but Marina turned out to be okay. He had been worried for her, and felt a large amount of relief when he saw her begin to go back to her normal self. The maine coon was the next one to pad in, silently making his way over after Ichigo. Bucky knew that he wasn't doing so hot himself- he'd be surprised if he didn't get a warning or worse. A lot has happened in the course of two weeks. Buckingham looked over towards Marina, awaiting for her to continue with her announcements.

being slightly under the weather due to an onslaught of busy days and nights spent furrowing away in their private quarters, venus was feeling a tad out of touch with the rest of the group. evidently nothing too major had happened, as that would be something hard to miss, but new faces and vaguely interesting events had passed the kitsune by without their notice. hopefully today some of those things venus could be filled in on.

rounded vulpine ears swivelled at the sounds of marina announcing the meeting commencement, their gaze drawn to the helion and paws swiftly coming to settle down for the weekly announcements. hopefully there would be something of interest to take away from the meeting.

CRYPTICWHISPER is an Angeli Divine, in the form of a 5ft Angeleon - he is of the exceedingly rare 'black Ichor' caste of which only a theorised handful exist [mine].
Currently he resides in Sunhaven and is considered 'fallen' by his divine brethren for his renegade status as their once ex-general. Aura and abilities are black-purple as is signature to black Ichor caste. Wears silver-black 'black star' armour & wields the Eclipse Sword.

he makes his way there towards the back of the group, idling at the edge while they all await Marina's words - both because it lessens his proximity to strangers he still doesn't know enough about to feel comfortable with and that he has an eye out for anything troubling.

meetings are usually free of such but he wouldn't put it past never happening - his eyes flicker from armoured cougar, to kitsune to metal armed feline back to marina and so on, at most they are simply faces with names - this is still to him currently only a refuge and not a home, he doesn't think it'll change but stranger things have happened alas he's still much of an oddity to most here so far.
