The tigress send the three invitations to a particular spot at the beach, where someone crafted a hand rising out of the ground - she thought it made for a good landmark for them to meet at. She left a note with further instructions written on a beach umbrella right beside the hand, which seemed a good place to put a note without it getting blown away.

Thanks for showing up, first of all! Now, all three of you mentioned an interest in hunting in particular. Someone reported a pack of mutated hyenas terrorizing this part of the beach last night, so your job is to investigate this! Your goal for today is to either drive them out or kill them, so make sure you don't leave any survivors!

- they came from tanglewood's swamp, so they probably smell like them
- their skin/fur is replaced with alligator scales

- they're feral and cannot hold a conversation

Which was surprisingly, all things considered, so out of curiosity she took them up on their offer and found herself wandering the beach later that evening. It wasn't too long before she happened upon a hand-statue jutting upright in the sand, with a note attached; not being able to read, she wasn't able to survey the contents. All she could hope for was that somebody would join her and tell her what was up.
