Izuku's ears prick as Thea agrees. There we go!! They got their Ascendant! He's excited to talk to her, and spend time with her. She seems nice enough, but Izuku thought everybody was nice enough. His tail gives an excited little sweep. Thea. Her name was Thea. "Nice to meet you, Thea!" He echoes, giving his head a little nod. He's .. really excited for this event, honestly. Izuku could do murder mysteries. He thinks so, at least. He'd always been good at analysis, though the skill had kind of faded with his months alone. No time for thinking. Only acting. But it'd be nice to hone again.
"I'm Izuku," He adds, and then meets Kirishima's glance, a little confused. And then blinks as he looks back at the leopard. She was cold, then. Izuku could get that. Maybe it would've been better for Snowbound to go over to the Ascendants. Then again, Izuku .. would have probably overheated. Oops. "Uh -- do you want a hot chocolate? Winter clothes?" He frets over Thea immediately. Izuku's worrying tendencies had gotten to .. pretty extreme points with everything that was happening. Without waiting for her input, though, Izuku scrabbles to conjure a, you guessed it, hot chocolate flask. He always had one handy somewhere to conjure, just because he was pretty obsessed with being as welcoming as possible these days. It seemed to pay off. He did have some winter gear for Thea, too, somewhere in his hoard of objects. Just for these occasions. Not .. this specifically, but just for people passing by who weren't prepared for the cold. In any case, the little feline holds the flask out for Thea to take, if she'd like. Not everybody wanted a hot chocolate. But most people did.

Kirishima and Izuku. Those were names Thea had never heard, but still, they were nice ones. "It's nice to meet you both, then!" She mewed.

When the fluffy maine coon went on to ask her if she needed hot chocolate or winter clothes, she paused.

Hot chocolate was something she never heard of, but it seemed that Izuku had some on him, and she carefully took it. "Thanks! And I think I should be fine without winter clothes!" She probably wouldn't be on Snowbound's territory much longer after the game ended, after all. She was a bit wary, not because she didn't trust Izuku, no, he seemed plenty nice, like the rest of the Snowbounders she had met, but the name of the drink itself. Exactly how hot was it? Enough to burn her?

So she was surprised when the tiny sip she took had a very creamy, chocolately, and most importantly, warm, feeling to it, and she grinned, handing it back. It was good. Maybe ask Suiteheart or Margaery how to make some when she got back.

"That's good!" She chirped, pushing down the feeling of embarassment and disappointment that she probably seemed so weak. Looking to both Kirishima and Izuku, then glancing towards Aizawa, she spoke. "Do you think we have to wait to start, for a signal that everybody's ready, or start when your own team was formed?"

A smile on his maw, he would glance towards Aizawa for a few seconds before his attention went back to Izuku and Thea. He was wondering when this game would start. Maybe not everyone was in a group just yet. He would lift both of his ears as the Ascendants apprentice started speaking.

"I don't think everyone here is in a group just yet, so we may have to wait a little longer." Kirishima chirps before asking. "Izuku, do you have any more hot chocolate on you? I'd like some too if you don't mind?"

Atbash laughed a bit, taking Bastille's response as a joke. She didn't quite notice that he was looking for somebody, but her name being called did make her attention spring to Versaillespalace when she spoke. "Oh, of course not!" The Hailcaller chirped, hoping that Bast didn't mind. "You're free to join us." She did, however, cast a glance over at The Ascendant's leader just to make sure.

Well, she was late. It wasn't her fault she had been distracted by something on her way towards Snowbound. A memory had suddenly bloomed in her mind, and it was as if she had stepped through time to be in that place. The cold and snow of this territory reminded her so heavily of where she came from that she thought, for a few moments, that she was there again. She wasn't sure how long she had searched for the staircase that lead to camp.

When her mind finally snapped out of the trance-like state, the ivory fae moved towards the event site. It didn't take too terribly long to reach everyone, and when she arrived, she offered everyone a sideways smile. "Hey, guys, sorry I'm late," she called, moving to stand near all those gathered.

The lion watched as they all mingled with one another, glad to see how well everyone was getting along. He had a hunch this alliance would work just fine. Now that everyone supposedly had a partner, he decided to speak up again. "Alright, since most of you have your partner, you can begin to look around for clues," he stops then, a grin breaking out on his face. "But be careful, the murderer is around here somewhere, and they aren't afraid to take other people out," with that, he walks away towards camp, eager to see how things would pan out.
