Caesar had once again caught another Ascendants member, and this time it was a young leopard cub. The demon was having one hell of a time dragging the fireball back into camp due to her size, but he finally did reach The Typhoon's main camp. Once he did, he let go of Thea's scruff and grinned, looking around at his Crewmates. "'Ey, check this out!" He called out. "I've got another Ascendants fucker." And now all he had to do was wait for Thea to come into consciousness for him to torture her. After all, it was no fun having a knocked out opponent. Caesar enjoyed the thrill of trying to protect himself, or the adrenaline rush that went through him whenever he was hit.

Thea woke shortly after, the shouting more than enough to wake up the young Arabian leopard, who was quick to try and get to her feet, confusion flitting across her features as pale blue eyes took in her surroundings, and took note of the ringing in her ears, while there, was very faint, before turning to Caesar, with a smile on her face.

Because if you smiled, it would be alright.

"That was a bit unfair, don't you think?" She mewed, referring to the capture. She had never heard of or experienced a capture and torture, only knew fights, fights that usually ended in forfeits, or death. Still, her grin grew wider as she spoke again. "I'm gonna make you a promise, mister. I'm gonna kill you, and everybody here."

In the Ascendents, she had never encountered those who were bloodthirsty, and battle-hungry, so this side of her rarely surfaced, yet here, it would probably thrive. It had been waiting, underneath her cheerfulness and kindness, to show it's true colors.

And yet the weakness she had was such a fragile mindset. If she was beaten, utterly humilated in battle, she couldn't cope. Anything that registered as a fight in her mind had to be won.

But the doubts in her mind about being able to win with her weakened had no place in her mind.

Ah, so his victim was awake. Caesar's attention snapped back to Thea as she spoke, his own grin forming on his maw. Although unlike Thea's, his was more menacing and there to install fear into her - now whether it did was a different story. "Unfair?" He echoed with a chuckle. "Nah, this is completely fair. After all, you do know how to fight back, don't you?" Unlike his last capture. At least this one was spunky, right? The Officer shook his head in amusement at her Thea as he replied, "I'd like to see you try."

As soon as he finished that sentence, Caesar wasted no time in getting to this torture. Since he was (presumably) so close to THEA, he aimed to rake his claws down her face.

Of course, in Thea's mind, this didn't register as a torture, this registered as a fight, and as claws met her face, opening up a few of her previous wounds, she aimed to slam a paw into his chest, hoping to knock the wind out of him.

She tilted her head, ignoring the stinging pain in her face, and the blood that had gotten into her mouth, still smiling. "Is this a fight? You'd have to do better, mister!"

Caesar honestly liked tortures turning into fights; he liked the thrill of the rush, and it showed that Thea wasn't just some 'dumb kid' that he caught to 'bully'. The demon let out a huff as Thea pushed him back, and he shook his head. Hearing Thea's taunt, his already large grin grew bigger - if that was possible, that is. Caesar flicked his tail, his body almost immediately burst into flames, as he tried to burn THEA's paws. He wouldn't be able to use powers - this one, especially - for a while, but hey. She probably wasn't expecting a flaming cat, was she?

yet another capture. that made two that rinto had witnessed since joining. he telt like vomiting and a feeling of disgust spread through him, starting from his stomach. he didn't know peachpit, and so watching her torture someone didn't really have an impact on him. however, he knew caesar much better than peachpit, and he saw him torturing a girl cub, and instantly he was set on edge. if he were to do anything, he would be called out, and he couldn't hold his own against caesar. caesar was a high position and obviously more respected than him, and there was nothing the brown tabby could do but watch.

deep down, though... a sick sense of pleasure built in him. as much as you deny it, rinto, you enjoy hurting people. don't act like you and caesar are different. he talked to himself, remembering the knife in his backpack. he hadn't gotten an opportunity to use it, but he could feel it talking to him. right now, rinto had an overwhelming desire to watch the life drain out of caesar's eyes.

he watched the fight idly, relaxing. you like hurting other people.

Tail lashing, she was quick to pull back her paw, which was now lacking the fur around it, skin turning bright red. Thea gave a low hiss, and she aimed to slam her injured paw into Caesar's jaw, hoping that her attack would surprise him, before backing away, careful to not let her paw touch the ground much as her fur fluffed out, her smile still there, just growing smaller as she realized how strong this cat was.

She tended to respect those stronger than her at least within the Ascendents, but here? They were her enemy, and she had no respect for those who were against her.

"Fuck!" Caesar cursed as he felt a paw hit right into his jaw as he tried to get up. The demon shook his head, flattening his ears as he spat out blood. The substance almost looked like tar, but it was the natural color of his blood, despite it surprising many others in The Typhoon. Caesar groaned as he backed off from Thea temporarily, watching her movements.

Caesar took note of Rinto being there and he rolled his eyes. I swear to the stars if he tries to interrupt my capture. The Officer thought bitterly to himself before he brought his gaze upon The Ascendants cub again. Caesar once again rushed towards THEA, trying to knock her over again. Seeing as she was already off-balance, but of course considering how many times he did that trying to capture her, it was probably predictable at this point.

Well, this was a bit of a predicament, wasn't it? Thea wasn't really keen on using her injured paw to attack, or put weight on it in order to use her good one. Neither option would end well, she didn't want to damage her injured one any more than she had, and she wasn't sure if her injured one could hold her weight.

As Caesar collided with her, she'd aim to rake her back paws against his side, whether they were still on fire or not, hoping to cause enough damage to get him to back off for a few moments.

This probably wasn't a fight she could win, and it was beginning to register in Thea's mind, especially as she took note of Rinto, who seemed unsure, but would probably happily jump in if Caesar was in trouble. This angered her, something she rarely felt, and with that, whether Caesar's pelt was still on fire or not, with no regard for tactics, or that fact all of her paws would be unusable after this if there was fire, rendering them almost useless, she attempted to slash at his chest with her remaining good paw. "Little fucker." She muttered, something she had picked up from Suiteheart, and her tendency to swear.

Kate didn't really understand torturing someone. What did they get out of it? Was her grandfather seeking out information? She didn't even understand it, as she sat there watching. What was the purpose? She sat close enough to watch, but not to close to be involved. Kate didn't like the idea of being involved with this. She thought it was an awful things to even think about. "What is even going on? What's the point of this?" the bengal she-cat shook her head, as she didn't even care to know what was going on.
