Cry huffed, her body tense. Atbash was in recovery, but she had not entirely recovered herself. She wondered if Atbash heard her. Her confession, anyways. ... Probably not. There was no one around and Atbash was sleeping six feet under at the time. The raven's face was flushed pink, tears blossoming in the corner of her eyes. She wouldn't be able to forgive herself if anything happened to her again. She mentally wouldn't be able to handle it. She was a solider. She had one job: protect. Yet... she still managed to mess that up. What kind of chaos would Snowbound fall into if she fell? 'bash had been trying to hard to revive the dying village (and it had been working too!) when disaster struck. ... She should have been there with her. To keep her safe.
Cry took a shaky deep breath, wincing as she exhaled. Her face fell emotionless. She reached up to wipe the tears away from her eyes. It wouldn't happen again. Observe. Adapt. Evolve. If the typhoon thought they were fair game now, they had a bigger thing coming. Except... they didn't ... not yet.
Alright listen up! She panted, already exhausted. Cry was no leader, and she made a terrible hero. She was more of a pawn. Heros and leaders were strong for someone to lean on and look up at. She was just good at doing the dirty work. She took another shaky breath. I'm sure you've all heard whats... she hiccuped. Dont break now! What's happened to Atbash at this point. She blinked, feathers ruffling up. Her blood boiled thinking about it. It was her family. Her grove. Her trusted blood and kin. It was absolutely disgusting. Did that hollow husk of a body feel nothing? ... It was disgusting.
It seems the Typhoon didn't take our little break up very well, and they'll inevitably be back. She scratched at her head before continuing, They attacked what was most important to us from right under our noses. But I personally say even if we were there we wouldn't be able to do anything. We are uncoordinated, untrained and unprepared. Let's say we change that.
She started to pace, thinking of various defence strategies or battle plans in her war based head. Now of course, I can't make you fight. That would be unethical. But if you do want to fight, training starts right now. She sighed, collecting her rapid thoughts and worried nerves. I'll be breaking off all trainees into groups of two. Any odd number will be fighting me. When you sign up, I will be analyzing your strengths and weaknesses to find you a suitable sparing partner. We only have one arena, said arena being thrown together with cardboard and pillows... she'd make a better one later this was for an emergency, So we'll be going one at a time. Don't worry time will move faster than you think it will.
There. She did it. ... Ace would be so proud of her. Look mom! Im leading!

Tlr: Sparing practices! You do not have to sign up for training, but I feel the typhoon isnt over with just Atbash's attack. We should be ready. If you sign up, I'll study your characters for who i think would make a good match personally. Any odd number will be fighting cry herself (dont worry she goes easy on trainees). I'll be making separate threads for each fight, just to keep them organized. It would such having to fight 8 battles in one thread. Its why personally i feel raid threads dont work.
