✦ can usually tolerate the winter because his old home got really chilly
✦ he actually wouldn't make a bad boyfriend considering his experience, but he's not used to commitment

✦ he likes to bet on things, even the small things. anything to get money tbh
✦ he doesn't usually do drugs like cocaine, weed, etc. but he has done it before (and will do it again if he's feeling adventurous)
✦ a control freak
✦ hates how small he is as a cat
✦ daddy issues af

Human headcanons
✦ threw a guy through a window once
✦ his family and close friends often call him "tommooch", -mooch being a term of endearment
✦ don't ruin his hair
✦ he eats a shit-ton. besides italian, his food of choice is chinese. bring him chinese and he'll love you forever.
✦ he's been to jail several times. his police record consists of breaking and entering, possession of a forged document, possession of stolen property, and illegal gaming.
✦ LOVES DOGS!! HE WANTS ONE!! he's just sucky at being responsible
✦ wears cologne.
✦ to add on to the last bullet, he either smells like alcohol, cigarettes, cologne, or a mixture of all of them
✦ tbfh is a shitty texter. he'll fluctuate between caps and no caps. he'll use a ton of exclamation points and response times will vary. he'll catch you back in an hour. maybe a day and a half. who knows?
✦ his snapchats consists of selfies and slap-cams. and he'll snapchat he and his buddies doing dumb shit.
✦ knows how to play a little bit of piano despite not having one of his own
✦ lived in las vegas once for “personal reasons”. he’s a gambler though and probably got kicked out of a lot of casinos.
✦ honestly he could live and LA and be fine with it. he’d probably chill on the beach with the stoners
✦ his clothing style fluctuates from blazers and button-ups and more fancy stuff to more casual things like tees and shorts. depends on his mood
✦ goes for the ny yankees and ny giants. he sometimes hosts viewing parties for the games and gets REALLY competitive over them.
✦ he's always been very clean-shaven?? but will occasionally grow his face out a tiny bit when he's feeling lazy.
✦ likes vintage cars
✦ knows how to skateboard since it's an easy way to get around in the city
✦ works part-time as a musician and part-time in his family's pizza place
✦ very lowkey mama's boy
✦ is a pretty good cook but he's too lazy to make anything??

i've wanted to write him like that for a long time

— he tends to be aggressive when he's angry. threatening the other person, holding his paw up as if to smack them, cursing a lot, even breaking things that are close by

— can be described as selfish; he tends to put himself first. he does things for his own benefit, and when he does choose to help others, it's on his own accord
He just likes all the attention to himself and does whatever it takes to get what he wants Whether it’s manipulating, stealing, robbery, etc

— Also I’m?? Trying to flesh out his insecurities because everyone!! Has!! Flaws!
While jersey is far from perfect, I don’t want him to be flat
He’s a confident and really proud person so it’s hard to tell that he really has any insecurities but I’d say that he feels like he’s not good enough and he fears failure/disappointment? Jersey prob covers up his insecurities/moments of weaknesses with sarcasm or aggression, anything to brush it off like it’s nothing (even if it gets to him on the inside)
He's learned that being a softie gets you nowhere on the streets, and that you have to be strong not only for yourself but for other people
But apparently he didn't get the memo that it's /okay/ to be sensitive

— Being genuinely polite? Wtf? He’s never heard of it. I mean okay, maybe when it's necessary he'll refrain from being the annoying prick he is
He’s loud and rowdy and likes to call people out/tease them/push their buttons
He’s fucking obnoxious sometimes

— I love how Jersey is a douchebag but he’s actually a huge music nerd
Like (AU-wise) he’s in a band, been to record labels, knows how to work in a recording studio, knows the anatomy of a guitar and about amps and pedals and shit skxkfkskek what a Nerd
He’s good at harmonizing too?? He’s got a decent voice
