After he joined Tanglewood, he had immediately set off to look for the other Freelancers. Despite the crash, he was still dead-set on getting more AI's. The ship landing so harshly like that had just been a minor set-back. He was still hell-bent on his own personal mission, and he'd be damned if this new world or whatever it was was going to stop him.
He eyes sweep the landscape as he walks, his scent masked as he had made sure to do so earlier. He didn't want any possible enemies to recognize him by his clan scent. Apparently that was a thing. Either way, he paused when a new smell hit his nose, recognizing it as a border of some sort. It grew stronger as he approached a long stretch of plains. Another group of sorts must live here. With that in mind, he waits for a moment.
"Meta," Sigma says, flickering to life just beside his shoulder. Iota and Eta were as loud as ever in his skull. "Why are you waiting? They could be here. Don't let them get away," it was funny, how the AI seemed to control him more than he controlled it. It was how he got into this situation in the first place, tracking down and killing other Freelancers, then stealing their AIs.
As the monkey flickers out, the hellhound continues forward, crossing the border. Since this was new territory, he would keep an eye out for any possible beings he might run into. He would take on anyone who would try and stop him. He wasn't going to waste any more time dealing with people who tried to get in his way.
