    she was tired of being alone. she needed to find her place in this world. she had no choice but to settle down. finding her sibling or mother was not happening. she was to far from them. it was a lost cause and she had to accept it. so, she found herself wandering upon a boarder. a place where someone called home. perhaps a welcoming group? this much she hoped to be true.

she could not afford a fight. not as tired as she was. so, the black feline slowly crouched her form to the earth. eyes locked on her dirty white paws. she needed to clean them. yet, she rested there instead. waiting.

"you look lonely." came the purr of the sin, honeyed voice filling the air as she padded through the underbush. "is there any reason for that?" kiara came to a halt next to the female, staying within tanglewood borders, and sitting down. observing their ragged form.

    the woman looked up at the voice and paused. curious and confused. what person asked that outright without knowing the other. the woman clicked her tongue in thought. i lost my family and have no home. i guess that can make anyone lonely. she replied with a tilt of her head. i am venomousimpulse. perhaps i can stay here?

the sin was blunt and bold as ever and the other was expected to know that. kiara symbolised greed, after all. the want, no, primal urge to need to try and experience and have everything. so venomousimpulse had lost her entire family, it was almost something kiara could laugh at, could she find the time to. "hello venom, my name is kiara. i suppose you could stay here, but tell me a little about yourself first. where do you hail from?"

    i do not remember where i came from. the feline answers with a soft tone before speaking. ears flicking as she continued. i am sorry. that was vague. you see, i lost mother young and have wandered looking for her for ages. she admits with a sigh. and then, she decided to speak further. perhaps this one knew of her mother.

a long shot really, but maybe you know my mother? aesior. she doubted it as she was in a strange land. she had no chance of finding mother. but, she always had to ask.

venom apologised for being vague, but kiara waved it off with a paw. "don't worry if you can't remember. i hardly rememebr my parents either." but the memory of her siblings was still fresh in her brain. then, the other asked whether kiara had seen their mother, aesior. aesior. kiara blinked in surprise. a name often heard murmured throughout campus the luminary was not nearly a foreigner to her. a smile graced her maw. "aesior is your... mother, is it? i know who he is. he's our luminary, the leader of tanglewood." she said with a twitch of her tail.

    emotions raced through the woman as she looked the sin in the eyes. it was almost to much for her to take. after all this time, her mother was alive. i.. she paused and then took a deep breath. i thought i would never see mother again. thank you for telling me. the woman offered after a moment. eyes sparkling with a new light.

"mm." she said, sitting down and thumping her tail on the ground. what would have happened if she told him aesior wasn't in tanglewood? what if she had told venom that she knew of aesior and he had died during the typhoon battle? a spark gleamed in her optics, sly and greedy, but she held her maw. "do you want to see if we can find him?" she didn't know aesior was a female, but she knew him as a male so she'd address him as such.
