Truthfully, she was the most excited about this competition. The female had always adored the blue waters, and this was no secret, being the one to encourage them to all learn to sail in the first place. This was something that would always be theirs and only theirs. The crew's true freedom lies within the sea, and effectively, they will be the greatest sailors. The captain honestly wishes she could participate herself in this challenge - perhaps next time she'll find someone to host this particular one for her, so she may. Nonetheless, the female was still glad to see it be played out. "Aye! It's time for the seaman's challenge! C'mere if ya wanna watch or participate." The female calls out loudly from the docks, sailboats free to be nabbed by any.

  [font=trebuchet ms]Darksouls had investigated the various ships docked at the bay from time to time over the past few months, to get a feel for what each of the ships' features did. He had a general idea of how to control a boat, provided the sea was calm. Even if the waves kicked up and the boat capsized, he was an alright swimmer.

  The ocean's surface was a soft teal blue today; the water was especially enticing given how hot the summer air was, and how little his black coat protected from the sun. The spray would cool him off, if nothing else. Walking over to one of the docked sailboats, he watched Inkquill descend from his antlers and land on the deck, then release a loud quack of affirmation. This was the one.

  With a soft smile, Darksouls turned to look at Goldenluxury, awaiting her instructions.
