Well did he know her name, she bore the same as he and she had been his teacher for much of his time within the humid grasp of the island, its own little paradise for those who knew where it may be located. Strange the twist of stomach, the falter of steps though momentum paused for but a brief moment, the shifting, loose texture of sand familiar if different here. To hurt her, the aunt who had seen something within him, seemed wrong but no longer was she of importance, gone the ties for she was nothing, reduced to but ash within a mind turned towards more selfish intent.
It mattered not he was but a slave to them, jeering their calls and orders, so easily given for he was a tool for them to use nothing more, he would show them he was better then such menial things. He was not to be under any for any great length of time, mind ticking over each point, gaze moving across the sparse plant life before him. This was a personal thing and he would perform this well.
With the distraction of the burning Silus had slipped away in the heat of the moment, the press of the bags about his waist bolstering him, pushing him to continue his work. Every now and then he came to stop, working until he pulled forth small jars that would kill and stunt the further growth of any medicinal plant he came across, thankful for his work within the healing field as he worked around the land. Better would it be if he had the time and necessary ingredients to work on a more potent mixture then this, though chance was there it may destroy the roots it was like to only prohibit new growth for a week or two, pairing this with the poisoning of their water supply it made things all the better.
This done he slipped away, enjoying the feeling of having assisted in helping bring about some destruction, though troubled his thoughts for he would have well liked to have ransack their current supplies to further set them back but time was against him at this moment.
