There was little found within her expression except for a muted curiosity, those molten gold eyes of hers not daring to leave his face. Tanglewood? What an interesting name, though she hardly cared to comment on it. No, her attention had been piqued by the promise of an Autumn Festival. Would she be permitted to go? Obviously they were on decent enough terms with the Ascendants if they thought to invite them, but she hardly understood this clan's politics- they were so unlike her own. "Thank you for the invite," Agathe finally offered, not bothering to smile, "Perhaps we'll see you there."

[div style="text-align: justify; width: 60%; font-family: georgial; font-size: 11pt;"]After the whole fiasco with Sunhaven and later on the Pitt, it was slowly coming to light that the male had to be more careful when dealing with outsiders. His heart still told him to trust them as long as they didn't seem totally evil, but his head screamed at him that it was a terrible idea for it was possible that his newly found acquaintances would be hurt by his faux gullibility. The fourth new clan to be introduced to him was the Tanglewood, the sight of the stranger with the strange scent causing a habitual head tilt from the feline. How many groups were there that he had yet to learn about? It seemed like living an isolated life away from conflict before now had it's disadvantages too, perhaps he should've expected circumstances that would leave him evicted from home. Following up quite shortly after Agathe, seemingly ghosting her journey over to the borders (Ren just wanted to make sure she wasn't dying), the male would come to a standstill next to the female. A nod of greeting was offered, polite yet sharp in nature and following the greeting his maw parted to release soft words. "We'll see if we'll see you there,". In layman's terms, they lacked the authority to say yes or no to such an invite. It truly was a pain, but Ren couldn't pass judgement on Vigenere from this interaction alone and the sooner the high positions gave a yes or no, the better.

The lieutenant didn't like the idea of just up and going to a swamp of all things, but he knew he had to just.. Do something. So, when he heard Agathe speaking, the male trotted over, gazing at the yellow furred felidae. A festival? At Tanglewood? Well.. If he could try some alcohol, that'd be great. "Thank you for the invitation. It's accepted. You guys are free to go and attend the event." Oni meowed over his shoulder, his tail twitching slightly. "How has Tanglewood been?" all you give me is a heartbeat —

[W]isker |
