  Off they go! The small band of heroes! ... Which is what she would have thought in literally any other scenario. Traveling with friends was fun, but was difficult when you were slowly running out of supplies in the middle of the summer heat. The young adventurer sighed, wiping the sweat off her forehead with a look of disgust crossing her face. She stared at her soaked paw, shaking it with a whine. Disgusting. She sighed, inhaling hot humid air. It was suffocating.

  She believed their thought process was to hide in the mountains. It would be cooler up there, or something like that. The only real problem was getting up there. She stared up at the large peeks she didn't know was named the City of Stars. She, herself, could get up there easily. She just needed to open her wings and fly. Getting her two travel companions up there... that would be another story. She took a deep breath, exhaled, and jumped. She clung onto the first rock, pulling herself up. She sharply turned around, lunging for another. She grasped at the air, not quite making the distance to the small cliff. Damn it!! She screamed out as she landed harshly on the ground. She slowly stood up, coughing as she brushed the dirt and rocks jabbing into her soft underbelly. I'mma get us up that mountain if its the last thing I do! They were supposed to be having ice cream and enjoying the cold breezes up there already! This stupid few steps was taking them forever!!

Sweat? Rock climbing? Child's play.

"Jesus Christ, you're hopeless." While he appreciated not ditching the rest of the band with the power of flight, watching the smaller girl scramble up rocks like this was both hilarious and worrisome. At least in the sense that any slip up could end up with a cracked skull and if anyone was getting injured on this trip, it was him. That was his job. Not to mention he could handle it better and soldier on. Benefits of his stature and lack of any brain cells to significantly damage.

He attempted to haul Pixel up by the scruff and pull her up to the next rock himself, determined not to waste any more time. It was humid, and he could feel his exhaustion creep up on him. Sleep deprivation strikes again. "It's just a little sweat, you'll be fine. Haul ass and you won't have to worry about it."
