Question about powers

So I was wondering if it’s allowed for characters to essentially be ‘ageless’ (as in they don’t physically age) and to have past lives and, if so, would those be tied to any powers? I have a character that’s centered on those two concepts pretty heavily (Daphne) but I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t be breaking any rules or anything by having her like that.

it is completely fine for characters to be ageless and have past lives! this is not tied to any powers and is more something you decipher with your own lore and such.
